The series is open to all healthcare professionals\, clinicians and programme managers with an interest or role in CVRM disease areas and aims to share learning\, innovation and best practice from across the region. \nSIGN UP HERE \nUpcoming sessions in the series include: \n• Thursday 8 October\, 12:00–13:00 – Managing Chronic Kidney Disease: A Primary Care Approach – SIGN UP HERE \n• Wednesday 11 November\, 12:00–13:00 – Optimising Lipid Management in Primary Care: An Innovative Approach – SIGN UP HERE \nSessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams.
