Adult Social Care Network
Our next Adult Social Care Network event, covering Devon, Somerset Cornwall and Isles of Scilly, will focus on Long Term Conditions.
Join us on Thursday 20 June 2024 10:00am-12:30pm, via Microsoft Teams, to explore how Adult Social Care is supporting and managing Long Term Conditions. We will be learning and sharing good practice across the Sector and the South West Peninsula. With care providers, local authorities, charities, NHS colleagues, registered managers, carers and staff all in attendance.
There will also be a Regional Update, which we can promote any events, opportunities or success from Devon, Cornwall and/or Somerset (this may include the Digital Social Care project, Provider Stories, and/or Partner Updates).
