We hope you will join us on 24 September, 10:00am – 12:00pm for our next FREE online event offering peer-to-peer support and showcasing, celebrating, and sharing ideas across the Adult Social Care sector within the South West.
This event is designed to explore the ways in which Adult Social Care can support the NHS to look at how research, innovation and tests of change can support the long-term improvements and impact of patient experience with the support of the Adult Social Care sector.
Who should attend?
This is an open, inclusive and informal opportunity for people across the following sectors to connect and learn from each other:
Care Providers, Registered Managers, Local Authorities, NHS staff, ICSs, Care Co-ordinators, OTs, Charities, Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Providers, Project/Programmes Managers, Improvement & Transformation teams, Primary Care, Trusts, Physiotherapists, Commissioners, Care workers, Carers, friends and family members of people being cared for and/or experts by experience.
