Managing Chronic Kidney Disease – A Primary Care Approach

Clinical advice around identifying, treating and managing early stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) in primary care and details of an innovative GP with Extended Role (GPwER) model currently being delivered in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

This webinar series has been organised by the South West Collaborative which is a partnership between the Health Innovation Networks for Wessex, South West and the West of England. The events are open to all healthcare professionals/clinicians and programme managers with an interest or role in Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic (CVRM) disease areas. Each event (delivered via Teams) will explore a different topic as listed below. It is not a requirement to register for all the events in the series but please feel free to do so.

Sessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at all events in the series is not required, and colleagues are welcome to register for individual sessions of interest.
