From Digital Adoption to Neighbourhood-Enabled Care

The NHS is shifting more care out of hospitals into homes and communities. Digital tools can help make this neighbourhood model possible, but care must be designed for the contexts in which it operates.

Join us as we bring to life lessons in digital adoption learnt during the implementation of digital technologies in the South West. The technologies we tested were chosen to meet the reality of our rural and coastal region, yet the lessons that emerged go beyond geography.    

We’ll spotlight lessons in culture and trust, workforce and hidden labour, and a ‘test and learn’ approach. What do these lessons mean for the NHS and industry – and what can you learn from them as you move to neighbourhood working in the contexts of your own region?
