PERIPrem – Share and Learn – Use of Antenatal Steroids

This session we will be covering the topic of Antenatal Steroids and hearing from some trusts within the region as to how they have overcome the challenges surrounding this bundle element. We will be welcoming Dr Judith Standing, Regional Lead Obstetrician for the South West, who will be presenting the new South West Regional Principles for Use of Antenatal Steroids. This guidance has been created in collaboration with the South West Clinical Safety and Transformation Group, and is intended to support clinicians to make decisions around recommending steroids, as well as supporting conversations with families.

As always, this will be an interactive session and an opportunity to learn from colleagues in the PERIPrem Community, as well as share and problem solve any issues you may be experiencing.
