Opportunity to help us get funding off ground

We are really looking forward to bringing together key thinkers and leaders on health and social care in order to design and develop a regional social investment fund,.

This fund will enable innovation and improvement in the health and social care system and comes from an event we held last Autumn where there was a keen appetite have a fund – read more about this here

Our vision is to develop a multi-million pound fund to support the identification, testing and adoption of innovation from the social enterprise (SE) and social purpose business (SPB) sectors into the health and social care system.

We anticipate the fund will focus on specific needs within the regional health and social care system and provide a blend of grants, finance (debt and equity) and non-financial support to innovative SEs/ SPBs.

The next step is to assess the feasibility of the proposed fund. We are inviting proposals from organisations with the relevant experience and expertise to undertake the feasibility study and fund development work.
